e-Gift Cards Terms and Conditions

1. eGift Cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient named on the eGift Card when the voucher is purchased.

2. The eGift Cards can be used by guests staying in a participating hotel or resort of the Minor Europe & Americas against the total amount of their stay.

3. eGift Cards can also be used by temporary guests, who do not stay at participating hotels but participate in events such as gastronomic experiences in specified restaurants or any other hotel service. For further information on the points of sale included, please contact the hotel in question.

4. eGift Cards are redeemable for any available online rate payable at the hotel and booked through the Minor Europe & Americas website (www.nh-hotels.com/en), excluding negotiated rates. Negotiated rates (including volume-based rates, agreed rates, travel agency rates or other rates that have been previously negotiated and agreed upon by direct agreement, whether paid on a collective or individual basis) will not be usable with eGift Cards.

5. The value of the voucher will be calculated according to the local exchange rate.

6. eGift Cards can be used for more than one transaction; the amount paid shall be deducted from the total voucher credit.

7. eGift Cards can be combined with other forms of payment. Any amounts exceeding the value entered on the voucher can be paid in cash or with the major credit cards accepted at the hotel or resort.

8. eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash and have no value if not used.

9. Minor Europe & Americas and its hotels and resorts are not responsible for lost or stolen eGift Cards.

10. eGift Cards may not be sold, are non-transferable and may not be auctioned, raffled, pledged or given as an incentive or reward by third parties to induce natural or legal persons to enter into commercial or other agreements with such third parties. If an eGift Card is obtained through any of these methods, it will not be recognised and will be considered invalid.

11. eGift Cards are valid for 36 months. Detailed validity information is specified on each eGift Card. We regret to inform you that we cannot extend the validity of the voucher under any circumstances.

12. Minor Europe & Americas may amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Each amendment shall take effect immediately.
